• To attend customer enquiries and other standard duties of a customer care representative.
• Specific focus areas (e.g. SLA Repairs, Spares,) to be in full responsibility of the individual including offer making, order processing and service execution.
• Responsible for Hit Rates targets for area of responsibility.
• Close interaction with internal and external customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Contribute to improve interfaces and process in alignment with Business Manager.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
• Bachelor’s degree on Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics engineering.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and writing) as well as excellent attitude to work on teams.
• Customer oriented person who can ensure high satisfaction and differentiate SIEMENS service.
• Exposure to a multicultural environment during studies or previous work experience.
• A strong self-learner with high drive and commitment and the willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• English fluent.
