Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Nature’s Best 1st Party Data Activation Strategy.
- Develop pipelines to extract, transform and harmonise data from multiple sources. Design and implement the architecture that will enable the data to be stored in one centralised repository, allowing for the creation of an effective data-schema and integration layer.
- Develop algorithms that output consumer segments or predictions from the centralised data repository.
- Collaborate with P&G IT Cloud Team to drive best-in-class approaches to setup, manage and maintain the infrastructure.
- Partner with agencies and the commercial business to feed the data into front-end applications where consumer insights can be activated (e.g. website personalisation);
- Act as an owner of the governance, risk and security of the IT infrastructure in the Lamberts Healthcare Business, working within the P&G vendor governance framework to ensure compliance.

Job Qualifications
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics etc.).
- Technical Skillset: Programming skills (inc. Python, Java, HTML/PHP, SQL); familiar with micro-services and API calls, cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS); can manipulate and present data using tools like MS PowerBI; familiar with IT architecture for Digital operations (e.g. CRM DB, DMP/DSP, etc.)
- Analytical Mindset: You approach problems and tasks with a logical mindset from a data driven perspective, essential to managing, processing, and interpreting data. You have a unique ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts, using data to find the find root cause.
- Commercial Skillset: You are comfortable working with diverse business scenarios, handling multiple priorities and have a business & consultancy mind-set, while technically (data) savvy.
- Growth Mindset: Passion to try new things, learn quickly and work well with diverse backgrounds. Enthusiasm and curiosity about the intersection of business, technology and data.
