Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage the financial aspects of acquisitions, from early-stage valuation assessment, initial term sheet phase through financial due diligence
• Coordinate and execute business, financial, and investment-related due diligence
• Develop detailed business plans, financial models, operating scenarios, and sensitivity analyses for potential acquisitions
• Support the development of Corporate Development strategies, identifying sectors and companies that might be viable business targets
• Building and maintaining productive relationships with our target companies and related network
