Responsibilities:
• To check on the inner packaging of the products
• Work closely with finance team to validate monthly claims summary
• Weekly meeting with all category buyers to follow up on the product quality issue
• Store visit to monitor and get store feedback on product quality, assembly issue and packing issue
• Coordinate with the Imports team during payment for any inspection failure or claims
• Debugging and supporting corporate supply chain team for any product issue raised in weekly SOH
