You will be updated with latest job alerts via email- Define the brand strategy across 3 concepts and manage the full P&L for marketing
- Define the marketing budget by market/store, online/offline
- Define and oversee the development of the corporate brand guidelines and ensure alignment with the brand strategy on branding, advertising visuals, brochures, packaging, collaterals and digital assets
- Define the regional marketing action plan & adapt tools per store (Direct Marketing, PR, Media, Digital) and sign off the local action plans and tools development
- Define the CRM strategies
- Supervise retail marketing (acquiring customer knowledge, and action plan to improve customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, sales, and service)
- Monitor regional brand performance and define marketing KPIs
- Manage the Own Concepts marketing team
- Manage all VM initiatives across all 3 brand concepts
- Working closely with the Head of TBM to realise the vision of the overall group concepts
