• Serve as the focal point for all information and communication on critical operational issues
• Dealing with merchant onboarding, payment queries, reporting, customer & merchant issues, etc.
• Support other departments to ensure successful business activities as a whole
• Should aim at being an expert regarding operations processes, procedures and policies for the given business vertical
• Managing and setting up projects for various processes on JIRA
• Ensure platforms and workflows are running smoothly and efficiently. Investigate malfunctioning issues, recommend fixes and coordinate with relevant teams to implement changes. Improve operational performance and efficiency on a continuous basis
• Update operational processes through SOPS, documentations and manuals
• Participation in ongoing projects around development of back end systems
• Setting up and maintaining Zendesk system for different support verticals
• Use strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of our systems to resolve queries with our customers in mind
• Support ad-hoc projects in addition to ordinary operational activities
