Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and edit legal documents, regulatory filings, project plans and internal policies & procedures.
• Case Management and commitment to department digitalization
• Advice the senior executive Management and track workflows and submission deadlines.
• Assist with the implementation of corporate governance and compliance policies and monitor the same.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes as necessary.
• Advanced negotiation skills, he/she shall be solely responsible for negotiating settlement with third party.
• Responsible for compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures and applicable laws (particularly corporate, commercial, employment, antitrust, trade, licensing, tax regulations, and intellectual property laws) for the Company and its subsidiaries.
• Proven track record of mitigating risks;
• Under the supervision of Sr. Legal Counsel, assisting with advising the Human Resources Division on labour law matters, deals with labour disputes between Etisalat and its employees as well as advising on the engagement and instruction of external counsel.
