Regional Education Manager

Responsibilities:
• Allocates Education Experts to seminars/ in-salon training based on annual education plan, in coordination with Commercial Directors
• Coaches Education Experts and is in charge of their upskilling and ability to reflect brand DNA
• Defines brand annual education plan , in line with multibrand education strategy and brand annual plan, using all the education levers (in-salon training, seminars, Access, events…)
• Owns Brand’s Education budget and allocation of Education Experts
• On basics & catalogue
• On top opportunities
• Defines country KPIs based on DMI guidelines (incl ROE) and tracks education performance
• Fully participates in all brand projects to guarantee customer centricity (voice of the hairdresser) and technical expertise
• Transmits education content to Education Experts
• Receives and adapts/translates e ducation contents from DMI to execute them
• Defines training / seminar content based on DMI content and local needs
