• Works closely with the Head of CRO to deliver the agreed strategy
• Customer-centric, revenue-driven and a true optimiser by heart
• Owns the experimentation roadmap and end to end programme focusing on excelling conversion revenue across our brand portfolio and markets.

• Technical and data insights savvy, well organized and able to lead, set up and analyze experiments.

• Excellent people management and communication skills to form strong relationships with the brand stakeholders, the role will drive all communication and reporting bringing exposure to the conversion results and program visibility across business units.
• Exceptional project management – from planning to delivery. Accountable for continuously monitor and report as the key point of contact for all CRO projects.
• Ensures CRO projects and platform enhancements are delivered efficiently on time, providing tangible ROI and meeting our quality standards including QA, stability, and security.
• Team mentorship and oversight of direct report (CRO Officer)
• Owns relevant external supplier relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Conversion Programme Management
• Own the CRO program - Taking new product development processes from conception to launch.
• Set up and run A/B and multivariate tests coordinating set-up, QA and results communication.
• Own and develop the product roadmap, intake and delivery process through a framework that manages the product backlog with a best-in-class process enabling cross-team contribution, rigorous requirement gathering and prioritisation.
• Create test plans, according to objectives and statistical significance, reporting back on CRO tests performance against targets
• Liaise between customer value and technical trade-offs to establish technical solutions that are viable and effective owning external relationships to establish scope and commercial feasibility for each project
