Project Management Resource

i. Engage and support in pre-qualifying the contractors.
ii. Issue Tenders and RFQs to the prequalified contractors through E-Procurement portal.
iii. Schedule & execute site visits as a part of tender submissions.
iv. Engage into techno-commercial assessment of the tenders along with AWR Procurement & Project Manager.
Post Contract -
i. End to end Project Management (planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing) for awarded projects at site and at Head Office.
ii. Assist Project Managers on each assigned project.
iii. Serve as Single Point of contact for Project management.
iv. Execute and handle Variation management.
v. Responsible for complete documentation works for internal processes. Requirements:
• Min 8 years in site based project management in Construction, MEP, Interior Design or Fitout projects.
• Knowledge of project management methods, methodologies, frameworks, terminology, and processes.
• Sound Technical knowledge of construction and fit out category of projects.
