Job Description
Follow-up with potential leads and existing customers to share information on how you can help them grow their market share
• Manage an ongoing pipeline of customers to deliver revenue consistently at or above sales target level
• Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will enhance their profile.
• Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions or third party steps as appropriate
• Customer satisfaction and sales targets
