Senior Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate relocations, expansions and repositioning opportunities that support etisalat growth plan and operating strategy. For any new space requirements manage site surveys, selection and contract/lease implementation and negotiation.
• Develop and implement processes to analyze demographic and psychographic data to assist in site selection decisions.
• Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility;
• Build and maintain solid relationships with all internal and external partners.
• Foster communication and share best practices across all stakeholders; leverage team to develop enterprise-wide solutions to problems.
• Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement
• Manage in-house database (EJAR) for leased properties and communicate with concerned departments for timely renewal or cessation as the case may be. Lead all communication with the landlords until the tenancy is finalized
• Study, review, recommend and implement departmental policies and procedures, adding overall added value to the organization.
• Enter into tenancy agreements as required by Sales & Engineering Department for leasing of outlets, kiosks, shops, business centres, service centres, GSM sites, roof top towers, office spaces, storage spaces, land and/or all rental properties after careful review of cost and benefits analysis
• Identify, Source and finalize Point of Sales, GSM sites, Offices, Storage Spaces, Land and temporary Point-of-Sales as per the requirements of Sales and Engineering Department
