Job Description
• Establish and manage relationships with customers in need of freight forwarding and logistics services
• Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships
• Perform cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses
• Regularly visit existing accounts validating service levels and develop new revenue streams
• Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department
