Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare RFIs supported with sketches to share to with contractors and suppliers.
• Answers site queries.
• Fully responsible for the design work produced.
• Prepare a full tender package from design concept and sketches.
• Coordinating technical drawings with schedule tags, drafting, hand sketching, coordination with sub-consultants, and other technical coordination tasks required.
• Prepares FF&E Specifications and documentations ready to issue for Detail Design and Tender Stage.
• Review Bill of quantities, RFQ, & Cost Comparison.
