- Influencing and networking with current and prospective Clients to build relationships at senior levels, and identify business needs to address.
- Manages Accounts/Clients/Channel Partners by providing Hypercare treatment and above and beyond solutions.
- Collaborates effectively with internal teams and external partners to build a product and service solution offering, resolve conflicts, and achieve client satisfaction.
Identifies gaps and develops strategies to overcome weaknesses and mitigate risks.
- Support the Sales Team in Gross Over Profit calculations.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiative.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. weekly reporting of pipeline development and progress, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Prepares and follows strict calendar schedule/adherence to deliver and improve relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements
- 8 - 10 Years Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
- Strong experience with CRM Software E.g Zoho or other CRM application is an advantage.
- Ability to speak, read and write Arabic language is an advantage but not required.
- MSc / MBA / BA/ BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
