Job Description :
Reservation and ticket officers are employed by airlines, bus companies, railroads, and cruise lines to help customers in several ways. ... They determine whether seating is available, answer customer inquiries, check baggage, and direct passengers to proper places for boarding.

Responsibilities :
1. Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request of Ticket Agent
2. Plans route and computes ticket cost, using schedules, rate books, and computer.
3. Informs travel agents in other locations of space reserved or available.

Qualification :
1. High school diploma.
2. Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.

must be fluent in flight reservation programs and has a valid residence permit In the UAE.
