Innovation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Affiliation with culinary organizations with a minimum of culinary training. Chef experience is a plus.
• Added experience in food, Food Service NPD or QSR is a plus.
• Experience in leading new product ideation sessions and concept creation.
• Strong culinary technical skills with the ability to filter through consumer needs and trends.
• Ability to think creatively to achieve breakthrough results
• Confidence, presence and personal drive balanced with humility and ability to excel in a team-based approach to innovation while still maintaining a point of view and building followership
• Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to deal with ambiguity, welcoming and embracing change while respecting the value of tradition
