• Provide assistance to Corporate HR Team from time to time
• Maintain and ensure up-to-date personnel records/ files in line with the Company’s HR policies and procedures and in an easy retrievable manner.
• Coordinate with unit HR Representatives ensuring compliance of all documents necessary for regularization of paper work in respect of any correspondence undertaken or expected to be rendered. Follow up on regular basis for the pending issues to ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain inventory of records/ files efficiently without any loss/ misplacement of information and device ways/ process to ensure smooth inflow and outflow in compliance with SOAs.
• Maintain and update HR records such as role profiles, classifieds personal email IDs, HR transactional dashboard and mobile numbers of employees.
• Coordinate printing of HR related documents/ manuals such as induction manual, training handouts etc., and ensure timely delivery to the respective stakeholders.
