Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Approximately 40% of role spent designing and delivering business continuity training and exercising.
• Work with key Group stakeholders like Group People and Group Technology teams to ensure full coordination of resilience methodologies, principles and ways-of-working.
• Primary responsibility for driving the business continuity programme – providing the business with advice, support and tools to be able to complete BIAs, Plans and exercises to improve continuity capability.
• Provide clear resilience subject matter expertise to business leaders and colleagues, delivering information through creative presentations, reports, training sessions and comms and engagement campaigns.
• Support the delivery of resilience projects, including implementation of a Group-wide busines continuity management system.
• Support the delivery of a best-in-class operational resilience function including hands-on responsibility for delivery of projects to develop and deliver effective Group-wide incident-to-crisis response and business continuity frameworks.
• Innovate and modernise the resilience programme using digitisation and creative tools to improve reach, delivery and engagement.
