Responsibilities:
• Meeting with business managers to discussbusiness objectives.
• Analyzing the efficiencyand costs of existing business processes.
• Identifying areas of improvement.
• Creating and presenting process improvementreports.
• Overseeing the implementation of newbusiness processes.
• Managing improvement teamsand external contractors.
• Troubleshooting andimproving new processes.
• Updating process andprocedure policies.
• Conducting ongoinganalysis of processes in line with industry regulations.
• Stating up to date with the latest technology andimprovement strategies.
