We are embarking on an exciting new journey to define 2 additional operational arms within our Product & Tech department: Content Operations. Content Operations (ContentOps) is responsible for managing the lifecycle of talabats brand content involving building the foundation for collaborative workflows across teams optimizing tools ensuring high-quality content reaches our users. Be part of this exciting journey as the Content Operations specialist for on-app content at talabat. You will work closely in defining the new space and scaling the team. This role will work closely with our Content Designers Researchers and our Brand team.
Whats On Your Plate
Operational Excellence
Drive the Content Ops strategy for on-app content content users directly interact with inside the app (e.g. product/menu assets promotional banners etc) by managing workflows from creation to execution of content.
Manage the operational process on all on-app content products- ensure adherence to quality & ops guidelines
Developing and maintaining ops workflows for content to ensure timely delivery across teams- improving SLA & guideline adherence
Proactively identify inefficiencies in process & workflows drive alignment and implement solutions to improve ops efficiency
Review existing playbooks identify gaps and bring strategic solutions to refine process for the day-to-day work of ContentOps
Bringing strategic solutions for operational blockers across squads ContentOps and Product Ops ICs who run rollouts drive syncs and manage alignment sessions.
Content Quality Assurance
Improve on-app content quality through ownership of content performance reporting & insights
Driving improvement on content quality through strengthening feedback & alignment across teams
Team Collaboration:
Partner with Product Brand and Engineering teams to ensure tooling and automation enhance efficiency.
Contribute to building a culture of transparency learning and operational discipline
Drive consistency and best practice in tools such as Airtable Asana Jira Confluence and other collaboration platforms to support visibility and accountability of the Product & Tech org at scale
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations design / creative xp business operations product product operations or similar role
Experience in both creative space product ops a bonus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in leading cross functional projects and teams
Ability to navigate ambiguity drive clarity and alignment
Strong team player with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
Strong English skills in both written and verbal communication.
You have a voice that is human personal and matches our Product brand.
Ability to think like a Product user and be invested in our users needs
