We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the face of our organization ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out in our vibrant multicultural environment.
- Provide a warm welcome and process efficient check-ins and check-outs ensuring accurate completion of all necessary paperwork
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests both in person and over the phone while handling concerns with empathy
- Assist with room reservations upgrades and special arrangements coordinating with other departments as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities services and local Dubai attractions to provide informed assistance to guests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately while promoting and upselling hotel services when appropriate
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean organized and presentable at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining guest records
Qualifications :
- Opera experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local attractions and cultural sensitivity to interact with diverse guests
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
