As the first point of contact for guests the Door Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests managing arrivals and departures and providing outstanding service to ensure a memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and depart from the resort
- Assist with luggage handling and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the resorts amenities services and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
- Monitor the flow of guest arrivals and departures ensuring timely assistance
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure guest safety
Requirements - Previous experience as a Door Attendant or in a similar customer service role preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality
- Able to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as required
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management Tourism or Customer Service
