We are currently partnering with a leading UAE-based consumer company to recruit a Senior Brand Manager based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation where you will drive brand strategy lead marketing initiatives and deliver impactful campaigns in a highly competitive consumer market.
What Youll be Doing
- Develop and execute brand plans to strengthen market positioning and drive growth.
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage the full brand lifecycle from innovation to market execution.
- Analyse market trends consumer insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales trade marketing and digital to ensure alignment.
- Oversee the development of ATL and BTL activities ensuring consistent brand messaging and impact.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure high ROI on all brand initiatives.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (Masters preferred).
- 68 years experience in brand management within the consumer goods sector (FMCG or retail experience highly advantageous).
- Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns and brand growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
