Foreground is partnering with a regional financial services group in the UAE to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for driving recruitment strategy across the banking and financial services portfolio. This leader will oversee workforce planning employer branding and end-to-end hiring to attract top regional and international financial talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with business heads to forecast workforce needs and design sourcing campaigns.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing screening assessments and offers.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies executive search firms and universities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR or Business; Masters preferred.
- 8 years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services.
- Deep knowledge of regional hiring trends compliance and compensation structures.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred.
