Region 1: Sharjah & Ajman
Region 2: Abu Dhabi Al Ain Western Region
Region 3: Dubai
Region 4: General UAE Horeca
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Horeca clients shisha contractors and wholesalers.
Promote products and increase market share across allocated regions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and discover new opportunities.
Provide product training and knowledge to clients when required.
Report on sales activities customer feedback and market trends.
Candidate Requirements:
Must be currently located in the UAE.
Must have an Arab background to ensure cultural and market alignment.
5 10 years of proven experience in the tobacco/shisha industry.
Excellent knowledge of the Horeca sector wholesalers and shisha contractors.
Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
Well-established network and ground-level connections.
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Deep knowledge of UAE market dynamics.
Ability to manage multiple clients and business opportunities simultaneously.
Compensation:
Salary Range: AEDper month (depending on experience).
Commission will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
