الوصف الوظيفي
Human Resources:
-
Lead recruitment onboarding and exit processes.
-
Manage employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions.
-
Oversee payroll leave and attendance systemsDrive performance management and training initiatives.
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR documentation.
Administration:
-
Supervise daily office operations and admin team.
-
Manage facilities procurement and vendor coordination.
-
Ensure all statutory licenses and legal compliances are up to date.

Coordinate travel events and internal communications.
-
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
-
5 years of HR & Admin experience preferably managing 30 40 staff members

Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
