Job Purpose
As a Creative Operations Coordinator you will support our Marketing Production Team by
managing incoming requests tracking production progress overseeing creative direction
and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in
streamlining workflows optimizing processes and enhancing overall team productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities (Generic) of the position
- Manage and prioritize all incoming marketing production requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track production progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project timelines schedules and workflow systems.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support leadership in ensuring measurable outcomes and results.
- Provide oversight and guidance on creative direction within the teams.
Skills required at fulfill the position
- 2 years of experience in creative marketing brand management or production coordination roles.
- Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite etc.) and project management software.
- Solid understanding of design copywriting digital marketing and media production.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic and creative thinking across multiple platforms.
Position Qualifications (Academic & Professional)
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Business film or related field.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and campaigns across various media.
