Global restaurant brands run their operation on the Crunchtime platform. Delivering a consistent guest experience across every location and managing food and labor costs are at the core of how Crunchtimes software is used today in over 150000 locations across 100 countries by the worlds top restaurant and foodservice operators. Customers including Chipotle Culvers Dominos Dunkin Five Guys and P.F. Changs rely on our top-ranked platform which now includes Zenput to manage inventory staff scheduling learning and development food safety operational tasks and audits.
About the role:
As a Solutions Engineer II you will play a critical role in the success of our organization by supporting our Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) sales team with aligning Crunchtimes solutions to meet the business needs of our customers. You will be responsible for the technical evaluation of our solution including deep discovery to understand each customers goals challenges and business pain collaborating with sales and leadership on strategy and presentations and developing creative story-based product demos that are tailored to each customer and focused on the value that our solution brings to the customer. The Solutions Engineer II is an individual who is self-motivated enjoys working in a team-selling environment and is eager to make a positive impact.
What youll do as a Solution Engineer:
Partner with Account Executives to understand customers needs and requirements and develop a strategy to position Crunchtimes solutions to meet those needs
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations tailored to the business needs and goals of existing and prospective customers
- Provide a deep level of product knowledge and skillfully answer technical and functional product questions as part of the sales cycle
- Deliver tailored solution demonstrations geared towards the prospects current pain and future state value
- Lead technical discussions around enterprise architecture including integration strategies
- Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales product management marketing and customer success
- Prepare and communicate responses to RFPs
- Support Marketing events including webinars conferences and trade shows
What were looking for:
Previous experience in pre-sales as a solution or sales engineer
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build and deliver compelling presentations including written oral and presentation
Strong leadership skills leveraged to own and lead all technical aspects of the sales process.
Experience working within sales methodologies
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple accounts and opportunities
Motivated positive professional and enthusiastic attitude
Track record of successful sales performance
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
Travel as necessary including international
- Native level language fluency in both Arabic and English
Bachelors Degree
Nice to haves:
Previous experience supporting cloud sales in the hospitality industry
Experience with Inventory Management ERP LMS and/or operations execution solutions
Experience with the Demo2Win or other solutions engineering methodologies
Technical skills including basic programming in web-based technologies
