Role Overview Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support the sales function through effective order management client coordination and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales operations and documentation

  • Manage order processing from receipt to final delivery

  • Maintain and update CRM and customer records

  • Liaise with internal teams logistics store finance production

  • Prepare sales contracts proforma invoices reports and presentations

  • Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability updates

  • Conduct basic market research and analyze sales trends

  • Ensure accuracy in sales documentation and reporting

  • Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism

  • Generate and track KPIs sales performance and forecasts

  • Follow up with clients for feedback and post-sales satisfaction

  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to streamline workflows

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in sales coordination order management or client support

  • Strong skills in CRM tools MS Office and documentation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage cross-functional coordination efficiently

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities

  • Prior experience in industrial or lubricant sales support is a plus
