The ideal Project Manager will lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and project management skills to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams develop scalable solutions and troubleshoot issues. Your leadership will motivate team members and drive successful outcomes contributing to the overall success of our Salesforce initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in project management.
- Positive collaborative and solution-oriented with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Based in Abu Dhabi UAE with willingness to travel on a mission basis.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Effective time management and estimation technical skills.
- Advanced capabilities in capturing requirements making recommendations and optimizing implementations to align with business goals.
- Demonstrated experience with tools methodologies budget management reporting staffing client relationship management and project scoping.
- Strong team management skills.
- Self-confidence ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Proficient in task assignment delegation deadline setting and leading by example.
- Knowledge of Salesforce; Salesforce Certification is preferred.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases features and best practices.
