Inventory Management:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality compliance.
- Store goods in designated warehouse locations ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records updating the system promptly with changes.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with recorded data.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
Order Fulfillment:
- Accurately pick pack and prepare orders for timely shipment.
- Ensure all orders are complete and correctly documented.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange for the dispatch of goods.
Warehouse Operations:
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions including receipts shipments and inventory changes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status order fulfillment and other key metrics.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track and manage inventory.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
Quality Control:
- Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of goods to maintain product integrity.
- Implement quality control procedures to uphold high standards of product quality.

Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in retail wholesale warehousing or logistics.
