This is a remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Monday - Friday: office based (with some flexibility to work remotely subject to the needs of the business).

Location: Relocation to Business Bay Dubai following a 1-3 month remote probation period.

Relocation Support will be provided including:

  • One-way flight to Dubai

  • Visa & Emirates ID sponsorship

Job Description

We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with operations across six countries. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated iGaming Specialist to join our team and drive the success of our White Label service offering. This role is ideal for a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry who can lead a team of consultants and manage key relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment excel at problem-solving and have a passion for innovation this opportunity is for you.

You will work closely with internal teams client-side teams PSPs (Payment Service Providers) platform providers casino game providers and other key partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. We are looking for someone with a startup mindset who can take initiative make impactful decisions and drive business success.

The role may also involve occasional international travel to meet with clients and support global initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners building and maintaining relationships that drive long-term success.

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate agreements with platform providers payment providers and casino game suppliers to optimize partnerships.

  • Project Management: Oversee and actively participate in project planning execution monitoring and completion to ensure timely and successful delivery.

  • Platform Delivery: Act as the SME/Lead on the delivery of iGaming platforms to different markets.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions meet regulatory requirements industry best practices and licensing obligations. Assist in policy development regulatory audits and maintaining compliance documentation.


  • Business Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing strategies aligned with company objectives preparing white-label proposals identifying market opportunities and defining product roadmaps.

  • Risk Management: Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless operations.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants ensuring effective collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the iGaming industry preferably within a white-label environment.

  • Proven expertise in iGaming operations including platform management casino product knowledge and payment solutions.

  • Deep understanding of industry best practices and evolving market trends.

  • Experience with the EGT platform is highly desirable but not essential.

  • Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating contracts with third-party providers ensuring favorable terms and compliance.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Project management experience with a structured and organized approach to handling multiple initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships with internal teams clients and external stakeholders.

  • Self-starter mentality proactive attitude and ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications & Experience 1 2 years of experience in a client-facing, project coordination, or commercial support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Comfort with data, reporting tools, and basic analysis. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members. Background in iGaming is a plus.. Technical & Soft Skills Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and client-facing presentation abilities. High attention to detail; capable of juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously. Skilled at spotting revenue opportunities and structuring scalable solutions. Confident decision-maker under pressure; adept at contract analysis and vendor management.
