We re looking for a sharp results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to manage the marketing efforts for a selection of brands within our F&B portfolio. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative with a deep understanding of the UAE s F&B scene a passion for food and an obession with data-driven decision making. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and knows how to craft and execute impactful campaigns that drive results
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned brands covering both delivery and dine-in channels.
- Develop and activate brand campaigns digital marketing efforts promotions influencer partnerships and new product launches.
- Track analyze and report on key metrics (sales CAC ROAS retention engagement etc.) to optimize performance and drive growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations and culinary to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and customer experience.
- Manage marketing calendars budgets and relevant creative or media agencies for your assigned brands.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints while adapting messaging for local relevance.
- Support franchise brand marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with global guidelines while optimizing for the UAE market.
- Keep up with market trends customer insights and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in the UAE F&B industry.
- Proven track record managing and growing franchise or local F&B brands.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing campaign execution and customer engagement strategies.
- A creative thinker who can turn insights into compelling campaigns.
- Passion for food and the hospitality industry.
- Experience with delivery aggregators CRM systems and loyalty platforms is a plus.
