Inspect and monitor works related to roads utilities traffic management etc.
Prepare daily reports and other documentation as required by the contract.
Verify that only approved materials are incorporated into the work.
Perform labor compliance interviews and maintain as-built plans.
Recognize potential conflicts issues and problems and report them to the supervisor with proposed solutions.
Coordinate the work of subconsultants for surveying and material testing.
Provide general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
Verify equipment alignment and balancing operations.
Participate in the development of quality control reports and procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in construction with experience in one or more of the following project types: roads drainage utilities or irrigation.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good communication skills for coordinating with contractors inspectors and engineers.
Strong analytic capabilities and the ability to work independently
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations on construction sites.
