Clinic Manager Launch a Leading Fertility Destination in Dubai

About the Role:

Were looking for a visionary Clinic Manager to lead this from the ground up: a strategist operator and peoplefirst leader ready to shape a flagship clinic that sets new standards in reproductive healthcare.
Your Mission:
- Spearhead the launch of the clinic from licensing to fullscale operations ensuring seamless compliance with UAE health authorities (DHA).
- Build and lead a dream team of clinicians and administrators in a multicultural highperformance environment.
- Implement smart systems and techforward solutions aligned with Dubais healthcare innovation goals.
- Cultivate partnerships across global fertility networks and local health ecosystems.
- Champion a goldstandard patient experience rooted in cultural empathy and clinical excellence.
- Manage budgets with precision and build scalable systems for longterm growth.
What You Bring:
- A Masters in Healthcare Admin Business or equivalent.
- At least 5 years in senior healthcare leadership ideally in fertility IVF or womens health.
- Handson experience opening or scaling clinics in the GCC or internationally.
- Deep understanding of DHA processes and UAE regulatory frameworks.
- Charisma resilience and a heart for impact you thrive in fastpaced purposedriven settings.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a major advantage.
