Job Summary:
Gulf Workforce is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years experience specializing in bluecollar recruitment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing screening and hiring for a variety of bluecollar roles across multiple industries. As a recruiter at Gulf Workforce youll manage the recruitment process endtoend build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for bluecollar positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.

Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job boards social media networks and referrals to attract qualified bluecollar candidates.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to clearly understand job requirements expectations and hiring needs.

Screen resumes and applications conduct initial interviews and assess candidates skills and suitability for various roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.

Maintain an organized uptodate database of candidate profiles and recruitment progress.

Assist candidates through onboarding documentation and other preemployment requirements.

Meet recruitment targets and deadlines while ensuring the placement of highquality candidates.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in bluecollar recruitment preferably in the Gulf region.

Strong understanding of bluecollar workforce needs and the specific requirements of these roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

Familiarity with recruitment software and tools as well as proficiency in MS Office.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and hiring targets.
