Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring the organization attracts engages and retains top-tier talent. This role plays a strategic part in driving talent acquisition initiatives and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Candidate Sourcing
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards social media recruitment agencies and networking events to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Screening & Interviewing
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings (phone/video) to evaluate qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role specifications.
- Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and competency profiles.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process from initial contact to final offer ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Administer technical assessments or psychometric tests where applicable.
- Evaluate and present shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations based on assessments and interviews.
Offer Management & Negotiation
- Prepare and extend employment offers including salary and benefits negotiations.
- Communicate hiring decisions and provide constructive feedback to all candidates in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; equivalent work experience also considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a full-cycle (360 ) recruiter preferably within a multinational or fast-paced organization.
- UAE hiring experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools. Experience with Zoho Recruit is valued.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of modern interview techniques candidate evaluation and selection methods.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws is an advantage or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
