Agile Consultants is looking for a Public Relations Officer with experience in the Management Consulting industry.
Job Responsibilities:
– Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs
– Accurately prepare & process new employment permits, entry visas, MOL, temp work permits, labour cards, medical examinations & Emirates ID.
– Process applications on Smart Tasheel, E-channel, GDRFA, Dubai & Sharjah Immigration, Ministry of Labor, Dubai & Sharjah Court, Notary Public & Tawjeeh
– Ensure timely action on renewals of employee passports, visas, labour cards, OHC etc
– Completing exit formalities for separated employees
– Managing Government related transactions of companies in Freezones and Mainland LLC
– Managing quotas for all licenses across the group
– Taking appointments for Tawjeeh training seminars, medical & VIP medical, OHC procedures
– Handle labour inspection for all Dubai offices
– Coordinate for E cards, PRO cards, MOL files etc
– Liaise with insurance brokers for additions & deletions of medical insurance.
– Updating the invoices for all transactions on ZOHO
– Process pension registration and end of services files for UAE & GCC nationals
– Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
– Collect and give regular updates on all work and immigration standards from the government offices to keep the Operations Department well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
– Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager in order to meet department/ division objectives.
Job Requirements:
– Good knowledge ofall visas related procedures & pension authority(pension registration)is mandatory
– Male candidatespossessingexcellent communication skills in English & Arabic
– 3 to 5 yearsof relevant work experience as aPRO (Public Relations Officer)
– A university graduate from a recognized university
– Knowledge and experience in employment law, HR operations & government regulations
– Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government authorities
– An enthusiastic attitude, with a result-oriented and pro-active mindset
– Proficient in MS Office
– Previous work experience from similar industry preferred
– Proficient typing and communication skills in English and Arabic
– ValidUAE driving license
