RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide executive support and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Managing Directors.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Managing Directors including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing emails and preparing correspondence, that are often confidential; whilst arranging complex and detailed agendas, compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Communicate directly and on behalf of the Managing Directos, with Senior Management, other management members and staff.
- Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior leadership team meetings and all other staff meetings.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Managing Directors and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Work closely and effectively with the Managing Directors to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, business and personal correspondence, proofreading and analysis, vendor management and other administrative tasks that facilitate the Managing Director's ability to effectively lead the company.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required
- Strong work tenure of at least 5 years of experience supporting Top Level Executives, preferably in a large / medium enterprise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and other social media platforms.
- Candidate must be able to join immediately
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
