Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Define and implement the organization s vision and longterm strategy.
Identify market trends and new opportunities in the architectural industry.
Set and achieve performance targets and deliver highquality costeffective designs.
Operational Management:
Manage daily operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Enhance project delivery with robust processes and tools.
Oversee budgets financial performance and resource allocation.
Team Leadership:
Recruit lead and develop a talented team of architects and designers.
Promote a culture of creativity collaboration and growth.
Set clear goals and provide constructive feedback.
Project Oversight:
Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards.
Approve designs and resolve issues to guarantee client satisfaction.
Utilize technologies like AI and 3D tools to improve workflows and innovation.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to local regulations industry standards and company policies.
Manage risks and maintain financial transparency.
Business Development:
Secure new projects and maintain a strong project pipeline.
Build relationships with clients stakeholders and industry partners.
Represent the organization in key meetings and events.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s in Architecture or a related field.
12 15 years in architecture or design with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skilled in project management and diverse sectors like highrises hotels schools and healthcare.
Architect licenses (e.g. RIBA AIA) preferred.
Strategic planning financial management and leadership.
Proficient in tools like BIM Primavera P6 and Autodesk Suite.
