Operations Manager - French Restaurant

• Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth workflow and alignment with company objectives.
  
• Manage and lead crossfunctional teams fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and excellence.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Develop monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
  
• Ensure all operations comply with local regulations company policies and industry standards.
  
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and achieve organizational goals.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure highquality services and products.
  
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute shortterm and longterm business strategies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Operations Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management preferably in the Hospitality industry.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  
• Proficiency in using operations management tools and software.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE is a plus.
