We are looking to recruit anAssistant Manager of Finance who will assist the Finance Manager in all facets of company finance including budgeting allocation and planning. He or she will assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the finance function and bridging the gap between corporate finance and structured finance departments

Job Description:
Supporting Finance Manager to maintain financial health of the group.
Assisting Finance Manager to Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses and reports to determine present and forecasted financial health of the group to the Senior Management.
Strategic planning by producing reports and research on the companys financial situation as well as set short and longterm financial goals.
Assist in examining the financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
Ensure the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations including statutory accounting and tax issues
Look for costreduction opportunities
Develop relationships with external contacts such as auditors solicitors etc.
Responsible for supporting group wide Tax management VAT Corporate Tax in compliance with FTA laws
Assist and coordinate for monthly reporting budgeting consolidation and reforecast processes.
Support Project Budgeting: manage and coordinate monthly reporting budgeting and reforecast processes.
Establish risk assessments and evaluation policies and processes.
May be required to visit the business partners or other third parties wherever necessary.
Requirements:
CA qualified
68 years with a minimum 23 years of UAE experience is preferred in a Senior Finance role within a diverse Group Holding organization
Experience in multiple industries covering B2B/B2C segments IT/Technology trading distribution service delivery will be preferred
Proven experience with Tax and VAT
Must be well versed with hands on experience in Oracle Microsoft or other leading ERPs
Hands on experience in data analytics financial reporting & analysis
Excellent analytical skills the ability to perform complex financial analyses and modelling
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of IFRS
