Roles and Responsibilities:
- To develop scenarios of a fair equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
- Ensure that compensation practices in compliance with current market standards.
- Use various methods and techniques and make databased decisions on direct financial indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
- Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends issues and best practices
- Prepare reports policies & communication around C&B
Requirements:
- Graduate (in commerce / finance) with a flair for numbers
- Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist 57 yrs exp working under the C&B manager
- Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits schemes have worked on C&B survey data mapping and proposals.
- Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of HR systems and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
