MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Ensure all project installations and commissionings of our industrial refrigeration systems within the GCC are carried out in an appropriate costeffective way.
- Oversees the supervision of personnel including work allocation training problem resolution and all employee & client grievances.
- Provides advice and assistance to the Executive Management in the planning implementation and evaluation of modifications to existing operations systems and organizational procedures.
- Improve and implement operational management systems processes and best practices.
- Uphold health and safety guidelines and enforces compliance.
- Interprets and communicates changes to maintenance manuals schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 8 years proven work experience as Operations Project or similar Management role preferably within the industrial refrigeration or related industries.
- Outstanding leadership ability
