Our client is a fine dining restaurant currently hiring experienced Bartenders for their team in Dubai.
What will you do
- Have complete knowledge of all menu items offered
- Ensure product quality and consistency are delivered at all times
- Deliver bestinclass drinks to specification consistently and in a timely manner as per company standards
- Has impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and can make all drinks as per the brand standard
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the working environment and ensures that daily cleaning rotas are adhered to
What are we looking for
- Experience and passion for mixology
- General mixology and liquor knowledge
- Curious attitude always learning and exploring new ideas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in highend highvolume awardwinning club/bar operations in Europe the Middle East or Asia
- Creative
- Performs well under pressure
- Fluency in either Russian Arabic or Balkan languages would be an advantage
