Job Title: Assistant Clinic Manager
Location: Dubai UAE
Reports To: Clinic Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Clinic Manager to join our esteemed aesthetics clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring exceptional patient experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service quality. This role requires a blend of administrative prowess excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Support:

    • Assist the Clinic Manager in managing daytoday clinic operations.
    • Ensure compliance with clinic policies procedures and standards.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
  2. Patient Management:

    • Oversee patient scheduling consultations and followups.
    • Address patient inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain confidentiality and patient records in accordance with regulations.
  3. Staff Supervision:

    • Support in the recruitment training and supervision of clinic staff.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Assist in monitoring clinic budgets and expenses.
    • Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
    • Support in financial reporting and analysis.
  5. Marketing and Business Development:

    • Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract new clients.
    • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  6. Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure the clinic adheres to health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry standards and practices.
    • Implement and monitor infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role within the aesthetics or healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
