Your Role:

As an Executive Recruiter, you'll take charge of generating job opportunities with clients based in Portland, OR, and placing Human Resource professionals in direct hire opportunities with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively cultivating and managing client relationships
• Identifying and generating job opportunities for Human Resource professionals
• Conducting thorough candidate interviews and assessments
• Matching candidates with their ideal career opportunities
• Providing exceptional support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
