Senior Manager - AI Enablement

Responsibilities • Own the strategic roadmap for AI adoption, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into the operating model across Core42. • Develop and implement an AI governance framework to ensure compliance across all business verticals and functions. • Establish and lead the AI Ethics Committee, setting the framework and ensuring readiness for operation. • Drive the adoption of AI tools within Core42 by partnering with functional experts to conduct workshops and training sessions. • Develop and implement AI adoption programs for internal parties, fostering a culture of AI knowledge sharing and collaboration. • Ensure that AI concepts and technologies are absorbed, understood, and leveraged across the organization through targeted education and communication initiatives.
