Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Ideally educated to first degree level the role holder will have;
• Experience of working in Global Mobility (in house or big 4) and / or experience of working on short termbusiness travel projects.
• Excellent communication skills and able to adapt communication style according to the audience. Able to produce written business communications, as appropriate.
• Understanding of operational risk and experience in identifying and implementing controls to mitigate such risks.
• Excellent project-planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment with conflicting demands.
• Experience of working with a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve challenges and issues.
• Ability to make considered decisions that protect and enhance HSBC’s values, reputation and commercial interests.
• A proactive and flexible attitude and ability to demonstrate initiative.
• Experience of working at an operational level in international environments.
• Strong numerical, analytical and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to understand complex concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
